Founded in 2020, unybrands is the next-generation brand accelerator platform built to acquire, integrate, and scale digital-first consumer brands. Headquartered in Miami, with offices in New York, London, Berlin, and Shenzhen, our 240+ team brings deep expertise across e-commerce, brand management, consumer retail, operational scaling, and M&A.

Since inception, we have acquired 30+ brands across Pet Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Supplements, Baby & Juvenile, Garden & Outdoor, Sports & Fitness, and Home & Lifestyle - completing 20+ acquisitions and delivering 16 consecutive quarters of like-for-like organic growth post-integration.

Our competitive advantage lies in a fully integrated operating system purpose-built to transform digital brands into omni-channel category leaders. Powered by a proprietary technology stack built on NetSuite ERP with 200+ data integrations, our platform enables brands to thrive across marketplaces, direct-to-consumer channels, and brick-and-mortar retail.

We believe the next generation of consumer brands will be built differently - and we're building the AI-enabled retail tech platform to help them consolidate and win.

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Creative team, supporting the ongoing optimisation and enhancement of Amazon content across a diverse portfolio of 25+ consumer brands.

Working closely with the CRI team, you will be responsible for elevating existing Amazon listings, creating high-performing creative assets, and ensuring every piece of content aligns with each brand's identity while driving improved customer engagement and conversion. • Collaborate with the CRI team to identify opportunities for creative improvements that increase click-through rate and conversion.
  • Produce high-quality graphics, infographics, icons, lifestyle imagery and marketing visuals tailored for Amazon.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet marketplace specifications and technical requirements.

  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work across multiple brands while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Desirable: Experience with Amazon listings, A+ Content, Brand Stores, Figma and Asana.com.

What Success Looks Like

  • Existing Amazon content is continually improved rather than simply maintained.
  • Creative consistently adheres to brand guidelines while feeling fresh and engaging.
  • Listings become more visually compelling and customer-focused.
  • Creative improvements contribute to stronger marketplace performance and higher conversion rates.
  • Projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a consistently high standard across all 25+ brands.

Personal Attributes

  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Passionate about great design and continuous improvement.
  • Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Positive, collaborative team player.
