JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for in-house systems and applications.

  • Assist in maintaining and improving web systems using PHP and frameworks such as CodeIgniter or Laravel.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth system functionality and resolve technical issues promptly.

  • Monitor system performance, perform updates, and support integration with third-party tools or APIs.

  • Document technical processes and maintain proper records for reference.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Knowledge in PHP, CodeIgniter, or Laravel framework is required.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
