Telephone Sales Representative

Uplimark LLC is a US company supplying industrial coding and marking machines, spare parts, and inks and consumables for various machine brands. We are hiring one full-time telephone sales representative working remotely from Egypt.
Focus: Arabic-speaking Middle Eastern distributor markets, initially Saudi Arabia and the UAE, then other Gulf markets. 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with an agreed schedule aligned with customer business hours.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound B2B calls using company-provided CloudTalk access, prospect lists and scripts.
Identify purchasing decision-makers, qualify equipment brands/models and purchasing needs, and obtain accurate business emails and contact details.
Record every call attempt in HubSpot or the supplied tracker: date, company, number, outcome, contact, needs and next action. Distinguish not called, no answer and actual conversations.
Send approved follow-up emails and coordinate follow-ups. Refer pricing and technical/compatibility questions to our team.
Maintain the agreed schedule, promptly report connectivity problems, and submit concise daily reports.
Base pay: EGP 20,000 gross/month plus 0.5% commission on attributable sales. Written attribution and settlement rules will be provided before joining. Employment arrangements and applicable benefits will be specified in the offer.
Selection: shortlist, interview and a 30-minute practical test for qualified finalists, paid USD 5 on completion regardless of hiring outcome. Applicants never pay recruitment fees. Initial training is half a day.
Strong performers may be considered for future opportunities to work in the United States, subject to business needs, eligibility and required approvals. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not guaranteed.
Requirements
University degree; motivated recent graduates are welcome.
Fluent Arabic and professional spoken/written English, assessed through live role-play.
Own computer, headset, stable internet and quiet private workspace, with a practical backup plan for internet/power interruptions.
Ability to learn CloudTalk, HubSpot, spreadsheets and GPT-assisted workflows, personally reviewing customer messages and records.
Punctuality, active listening, professional persistence and accurate record keeping. Telephone sales/customer service experience is an advantage.
Assessment covers verified activity, attendance, communication, follow-up quality and record accuracy, not raw dial count alone. Any recordings used for assessment will be disclosed and handled under applicable rules.
