Opis roli

Szukamy doświadczonego Salesforce Specialist (Subcontractor), który wesprze projekty dla klientów z regionu EMEA. Kluczowym obszarem będzie Financial Services Cloud (FSC), a dodatkowo Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud oraz Revenue Cloud.

Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie nie tylko dostarczać rozwiązania Salesforce, ale również pełnić rolę mentora dla wewnętrznych developerów frontendowych, wspierając ich rozwój w obszarze Salesforce.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Prowadzenie i realizacja wdrożeń Salesforce dla klientów EMEA (FSC jako priorytet)

  • Projektowanie i implementacja rozwiązań w Salesforce (LWC, Flows, model danych, konfiguracja)

  • Rozwiązywanie złożonych problemów technicznych w ekosystemie Salesforce

  • Współpraca z architektami, PM-ami i interesariuszami biznesowymi

  • Mentoring i wsparcie zespołu frontendowego w nauce Salesforce (code review, coaching, knowledge transfer)

  • Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości i terminowej realizacji projektów

Wymagania (must-have)

  • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w Salesforce

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość co najmniej jednego obszaru:

    • Financial Services Cloud (FSC) (kluczowe)

    • Service Cloud

    • Marketing Cloud

    • Revenue Cloud

  • Doświadczenie w Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Znajomość Flow, konfiguracji Salesforce i modelu danych

  • Zrozumienie bezpieczeństwa w Salesforce (profiles, permission sets, sharing model)

  • Doświadczenie w integracjach (REST / SOAP APIs, migracje danych)

  • Certyfikacja Salesforce (Administrator / Consultant / Developer lub równoważna)

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
