Customer Service Specialists

An established eCommerce and Health & Wellness client is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Specialists to support its growing international customer base. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in Chinese and English, strong communication skills, punctuality, and a professional approach to customer support.

• Provide professional and courteous customer support to an international customer base in both Chinese and English
• Handle customer inquiries and support requests efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Follow company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and data security requirements
• Meet established performance targets for customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, occupancy, and punctuality
• Participate in mandatory training, quizzes, and live certification exams
• Maintain 100% attendance and punctuality during the training period
• Work assigned shifts according to the client’s workforce management requirements
• Maintain a quiet and reliable remote workspace with a stable internet connection
• Use a compliant Windows or macOS device and follow all required security and confidentiality protocols
• Remain proactive in responding to feedback and continuously improving performance

• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service or customer support experience
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures consistently
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain 100% attendance during mandatory training
• Comfortable working remotely and supporting customers across an international market
• Willingness and ability to work any designated shift based on business needs
• Ability to meet customer service performance standards, including CSAT of 90.5%+, QA of 90%+, CPH of 6+, occupancy of 80%+, and punctuality of 95%+
• Access to a company-compliant Windows or macOS device meeting required security standards
• Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work environment
• Prior experience with eCommerce, health & wellness, international customer support, or similar industries is a plus
