Manage and advise clients.
Maintain a high level of customer service and build long-term relationships.
Manage a client portfolio, including retention, regular communication, and handling client requests.
Identify additional customer needs and make soft upsell offers.
Coordinate the resolution of client issues with internal teams.
Maintain accurate client information in the CRM and keep documentation up to date.
Requirements:
Experience as a Key Account Manager / Account Manager.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets / Google Docs.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Confident English, including spoken English. Russian native.
Experience in sales, telecom, CPaaS, customer support, or KAM.
Technical background is a plus.
Analytical mindset is a plus.
