Test Architect

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery and assessment workshops with Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, and QA stakeholders.
  • Assess testing tools, automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, environments, TDM, and QE capabilities.
  • Evaluate application architecture, integrations, APIs, release pipelines, and engineering controls.
  • Identify automation, performance engineering, API testing, AI-enabled testing, and TDM improvement opportunities.
  • Define future-state QE architecture, testing strategy, organizational structure, and competency requirements.
  • Develop modernization roadmaps covering automation, performance engineering, TDM, and AI-driven testing.
  • Recommend staffing models, onboarding strategies, and knowledge-transfer approaches.
  • Identify technical risks, capability gaps, and transformation priorities.
  • Present architectural assessments and solution recommendations to customer leadership.

    • Required Experience

    • 12+ years in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Testing Architecture with 5+ years in Test Architect or QE Architect roles.
    • 3+ years of experience in Facets healthcare system
    • Experience in discovery, due diligence, QE transformation, and managed services solutioning.
    • Expertise in Playwright, Selenium, API & Contract Testing, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub, Service Virtualization, TDM, and Environment Management.
    • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and solution design experience.
    • Healthcare payer platform experience including Facets, Claims, Enrollment, Provider Management, Care Management, and EDI ecosystems.

      Preferred Experience

    • QE transformation consulting and TCoE implementations.
    • AI-enabled testing and GenAI-based automation solutions.
    • Performance Engineering and TDM architecture.
    • Managed Services transition programs.
    • Enterprise Automation CoE establishment.
    • Experience with Devin AI, Copilot-driven automation, and intelligent testing accelerators.
