- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including delivery of production solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong experience building and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites or customer/community portals.
- Proficiency in Apex, including object-oriented design, asynchronous processing, governor-limit-aware development, and test coverage.
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience creating responsive, accessible user interfaces and working with UI frameworks or component libraries.
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, SOQL, platform security, sharing, and permissions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST APIs and related integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control, CI/CD, and automated testing or deployment workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
