Summary:

UST is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead technical/engineering projects from planning through delivery. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and project deliverables.

Location: Bangalore

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Sourcing, and Business teams.
  • Track project progress through dashboards, reports, and project management tools.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage project budgets, resource utilization, and cost tracking.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution.
  • Lead continuous improvement and standardization of project management processes.
  • Participate in technical reviews and design discussions.
  • Mentor team members and support strategic organizational initiatives.

    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
    • PMP certification is an added advantage.

    Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant technical/project management experience.
