Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce transformation programs across multiple business units.

Manage multiple Salesforce projects and portfolios simultaneously.

Drive program governance, planning, execution, and reporting.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams.

Manage budgets, forecasts, vendors, and resource allocation.

Monitor KPIs, project health metrics, and overall program performance.

Facilitate executive governance and steering committee meetings.

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices.

Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.

Support organizational change management and Salesforce adoption initiatives.
