SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Lead (Melbourne, Australia)

Deliverables

• CDC solution architecture and design baseline.
• Identity, profile, consent and preference design specifications.
• Configuration, integration and migration specifications.
• Workstream plan, estimates, RAID inputs and design decisions.
• Test-readiness, cutover and handover artefacts.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8-10 years of overall experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud or closely related customer identity solutions.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP CDC implementation experiences.
• Strong hands-on experience in registration and login flows, customer profiles, identity lifecycle, consent and preference management.
• Strong understanding of CIAM security, authentication, APIs, customer identity integration and data migration.
• Experience leading solution design workshops, estimates, delivery governance, defect resolution and cutover.

  Desired Skills and Experience

• SAP CDC certification or relevant SAP CX certification.
• Experience integrating SAP CDC with SAP Service Cloud, portals, API/integration platforms and enterprise applications.
• Experience with large-scale customer-data migration, privacy/consent requirements and highly integrated landscapes.
