As an SAP VSS Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering SAP automotive aftersales solutions for clients with complex operational needs. This role is suited to someone who can translate business goals into practical system solutions, guide stakeholders through transformation initiatives, and work closely with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across implementation and support environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, enhance, and support SAP IS-Auto/DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for automotive aftersales and dealership operations.
• Lead business-process workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution-blueprint activities.
• Configure and support service orders, workshop management, service appointments, vehicle reception, parts and inventory management, warranty and goodwill processing, recall campaign management, labor operations and pricing, electronic vehicle health checks, and customer quotations and approvals.
• Analyze dealership processes, identify automation and optimization opportunities, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Recommend improvements to operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and integration teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and integration support.
• Ensure alignment with SAP and automotive-industry best practices.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP automotive aftersales consulting experience, with hands-on expertise in SAP IS-Auto/DBM and Proaxia VSS for aftersales processes.
• Proven experience integrating SAP automotive aftersales solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD/MM, SAP FI/CO, SAP CRM/CX, and external OEM systems.
• Hands-on delivery experience across end-to-end SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live.
• Experience supporting SAP rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and post-go-live L2/L3 support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, along with experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with fit-gap analysis, business-process workshops, solution blueprinting, and leading requirements sessions with dealership operations teams and aftersales managers.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with business stakeholders, OEM partners, ABAP developers, and integration teams throughout implementation and post-go-live support.
• Fluent English proficiency for client workshops, functional documentation, and coordination with international stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Relevant SAP certifications.
• Arabic proficiency.
