The Role  

As a Automation Engineer, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 4+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Role & Responsibilities:

• • Strong hands-on expertise in designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and desktop applications
  • Deep understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and ability to define end-to-end automation strategy for enterprise-scale applications
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-based test generation/self-healing platforms) to improve testing speed and coverage
  • Design and implement scalable, reusable automation scripts using Playwright/Selenium with Python or Java
  • Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for continuous testing
  • Perform functional, regression, API, and end-to-end automated testing across multiple application streams
  • Analyze test results, debug failures, and collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to resolve defects
  • Prepare and maintain test metrics, automation coverage reports, and dashboards for stakeholder visibility

  • Explore and prototype AI/ML-driven testing use cases (e.g., predictive test selection, anomaly detection, intelligent test data generation)

Must Have

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: .

•  4-5 years of experience in software test automation, with at least  2-3 years working with AI-augmented testing tools
•  Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or Java
•  Hands-on expertise with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and cloud testing platforms (LambdaTest/BrowserStack)
•  Working knowledge of AI Copilot tools and experience applying them within a testing/QA context
•  Experience with API testing tools and frameworks (REST Assured, Postman, Swagger)
•  Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
•  Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
•  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Note; Playwright tool / Python scripting Expert level, top class members with excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, enthusiastic and ability to learn quickly and contribute and grow.

Skills Good to have 

Some Work Exp. in ORPOS (Oracle tool), Retail Domain, Digital Testing
