About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who can independently deliver end-to-end, CMS-based and design-led web projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong frontend and backend development skills with a good understanding of UI/UX, modern software architecture, and AI-enabled development practices.

The candidate should be comfortable translating business requirements, wireframes, and design prototypes into high-quality, production-ready applications, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and build intelligent software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Own the complete development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and technical design to development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• CMS Development: Build, customize, and optimize websites and applications using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or other relevant technologies.
• UI/UX & Frontend: Translate Figma designs, wireframes, and prototypes into visually accurate, responsive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces. Demonstrate strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user journeys.
• Full Stack Engineering: Develop scalable frontend and backend solutions, APIs, database integrations, third-party integrations, and custom modules using suitable modern technologies.
• AI-Enabled Development: Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent for code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and development productivity. Independently validate AI-generated code.
• AI Application Development: Understand AI application architecture and integrate LLMs, AI APIs, agents, RAG, or other relevant AI capabilities into business applications, wherever applicable.
• Quality & Performance: Ensure code quality, application security, performance optimization, maintainability, responsive design, and reliable deployment.
• Technical Ownership: Independently handle complex requirements, resolve technical challenges, recommend appropriate technology choices, and collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end projects.
• Strong experience with at least one major CMS platform, including custom development, theme/template customization, plugins/modules, and integrations.
• Strong frontend skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and a modern framework such as React, Vue, or equivalent.
• Good backend development experience using technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Python, or other suitable frameworks, along with database and API integration expertise.
• Strong UI/UX understanding, with the ability to interpret design specifications and independently deliver polished, user-friendly interfaces.
• Practical, hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools across frontend and backend development.
• Good understanding of AI application development, including LLM APIs, AI integrations, and the fundamentals of building AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, debugging, version control, testing, security, and deployment practices.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and deliver production-ready solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple design-led websites, CMS implementations, or complex web applications end to end.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered business workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, and performance optimization.
