In addition, you will perform a number of practical tasks. Of course, there is also the possibility to participate in one of the projects to improve our services.
Furthermore, you will be engaged in:
building up talent pools
screening candidates
scheduling interviews
support with rectuimtent events
organise events for interns within Van Lanschot Kempen

By thinking further and asking questions. And that comes across well in prioritising in order to carry out all tasks well. In addition, you have:
availability for 5 months, at least 32 hours a week as of October 2026
affinity with Recruitment / Human Resources
structural and organizational mindset
good knowledge of English language, both oral and written. Dutch is a plus

The Talent Attraction team consists of 9 employees: 5 Recruiters, 2 colleagues within the Campus Recruitment team and an Employer Branding Specialist. It is an international team that is part of a larger HR department. We do our work in an environment where we can easily approach all managers and managers can also approach us.
