Job Title: 360 Recruiter

About the Role

• You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle from identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships through to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding candidates.
• This is a hands-on role ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys both sales/BD and high-volume, high-quality recruitment delivery.
• We are looking for an experienced who thrives in a full-cycle recruitment environment and brings strong business development skills.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Proactively identify, approach, and convert new clients across target industries.
• Negotiate terms, fee structures, and service-level agreements.
• Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from initial outreach to retained or contingent assignments.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Meet or exceed agreed KPIs on placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
• Own end-to-end recruitment processes (360°): job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer management, and onboarding support
• Present high-quality shortlists and manage the interview process with clients and candidates.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice to clients.
• Screen and interview candidates against role requirements, assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and career motivations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM system.
• Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.

Additional Duties:

• Stay current with industry trends, labour market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and candidate experience
• Represent the company at networking events, career fairs, and industry forums when required.

Requirements & Experience
Essential:

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable track record in business development generating new clients and revenue.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Confident negotiator with clients and candidates.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
• Proven experience as a 360 / full-cycle recruiter (ideally 3+ years).
• Strong experience recruiting across [specify sectors if known, e.g., IT, Engineering, Finance, Professional Services, or multi-sector].

Desirable:

• Knowledge of employment legislation and best-practice recruitment compliance.
• Existing network of clients and candidates in relevant markets.
• Experience in both contingent and retained search models.
• Previous experience in an agency or in-house talent acquisition environment.
