Overview

• We are seeking motivated and people-oriented Corp Members to join our Recruitment Team and receive practical training in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in candidate, sourcing, screening, interviewing, job posting and recruitment coordination, with guidance from experienced recruiters.

Key Responsibilties

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Review and shortlist CVs based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates and conduct initial screening conversations.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with
• Candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Post and manage job vacancies across relevant platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Assist with preparing candidate profiles and recruitment reports.
• Support recruiters with day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
• Learn and apply basic recruitment and talent acquisition practices.

Requirements

• Must be an NYSC Corp Member ( Preferably male)
• A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Relations or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in recruitment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
