Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to prepare quality meals, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure food is prepared and served on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare local and continental dishes according to the menu.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
• Monitor kitchen supplies and report items that need replenishment.
• Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to prepare a variety of local and continental dishes.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
