Position : Intern - Admin
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and exit clearance activities
Handle travel desk operations (flight, hotel, transport bookings)
Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor follow-ups
Maintain MIS, inventory, and administrative records using MS Excel
Verify bills and support basic procurement activities
Support office administration, facilities, housekeeping, and events
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Required Skills and Experience
Pursuing Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresher or 0-1 years of experience in Administration
Interns and entry-level candidates may apply
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Team player with problem-solving attitude
