Product Data Integration with Dutch - Permanent (W/M/X)

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Data Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing and ensuring the quality of product data required to launch our online sales events.

You will be responsible for structuring, integrating and validating product information to ensure reliable, consistent and high-quality data throughout the production process.

Working at the heart of our e-commerce operations, you will collaborate closely with the Buying, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Production teams.

This role is focused on product data management and e-commerce operations.

TASKS

• Prepare, structure and standardize product data provided by our brand partners.

• Integrate product information into our systems, including the PIM (references, sizes, colours, attributes, barcodes, prices, stock, etc.).

• Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance with Veepee standards.

• Perform quality checks before production, including both catalogue data and product visuals.

• Identify, analyse and resolve data issues detected during the production process.

• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales campaigns.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and data quality.

• Monitor your activity and provide regular reporting on completed tasks.

MUST HAVE skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables, etc.).

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Analytical mindset.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

• Languages: Intermediate level in English & Spanish (written and spoken). Knowledge of Dutch / Flemish is a prerequisite

NICE HAVE skills

• Experience in e-commerce or retail.

• Knowledge of product catalogues or Product Information Management (PIM) systems.

• Experience in data quality control.

• Ability to work with large volumes of data.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business teams.
