Technical Analyst

Ensuring successful delivery of application upgrades for on-premise and cloud-hosted clients.

Job Description -

• Participate in planning, design and implementation activities.
• Ensuring successful delivery of application upgrades for Onpremise and cloud-hosted clients.
• Providing timely support to all clients post-upgrade and ensuring that every email and case is attended to and resolved as soon as possible by following the escalation process.
• Share knowledge and practical experience related to product/technical skills to continually improve the capability and effectiveness of the Services teams.
• Provide accurate information to the Development team, as needed, to allow them to correct the software without having to refer to the originating customer
• Collaborate with other departments such as Support operations, Engineering, QA, and IT to improve overall customer satisfaction objectives
• Identifying, documenting, and discussing the known issues/bugs in the program meeting with various stakeholders and ensuring that the known issues/bugs are fixed with the subsequent release.
• Resolving problems & issues within pre-set timelines, thereby developing the knowledge base and ensuring that the issue does not repeat.
• Participates in teams and special projects to improve product, service quality and client satisfaction.

Required skills -

• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize own work.
• Good understanding of SQL DDL & DML queries, SQL server Backups.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of operating system, IIS, DNS, DHCP, AD.
• Excellent Documentation and Technical writing skills.
• Good to have Azure Fundamentals certification.
