What's Exciting About The Role

We’re searching a Marketing Manager to execute Verifone’s marketing strategy in France and play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth in one of Europe’s most dynamic payments markets.

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be the engine behind France’s marketing performance: building the systems, dashboards, and processes that power smarter decisions, stronger campaigns, and measurable commercial impact. You’ll lead both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy, ensuring our brand, messaging, and demand generation efforts land with precision.

You’ll own the full marketing funnel - from awareness and acquisition to retention and installed-base growth and you’ll bring hands-on expertise in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and multi-channel campaign orchestration. Email, digital, content, events… you know how to blend them into high-performing programs that generate qualified leads and fuel sales momentum.

This role carries clear accountability: hitting France’s lead targets, elevating lead quality and conversion, enriching data, automating processes, and delivering sharp reporting across programs and channels. Your work will directly influence pipeline, performance, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, manage and implement marketing programs and strategies for Verifone France and Paybox
• Manage and update the Verifone Regional websites (Including Paybox): website maintenance, supervising the creation and development of websites, including creating specification documents to improve the website and other online projects
• Manage the advertising campaigns and the relationship with the agency, including creating lists of keywords that define campaigns, creating and testing ads/banners specific for targeted verticals, set-up and monitor end to end lead tracking (sources/channels)
• Obsess about results: analyze site traffic and website flows, conversion optimization campaign results, analyze and report program performance; report metrics appropriately and flag issues for internal stakeholders, provide recommendations for improvement
• Propose new marketing strategies and implement new ideas that can improve overall funnel performance, from brand awareness to client retention
• Design and manage email nurture flows and/or drip programs for both prospects and existing customers to support sales growth and retention, and implement the tracking of these flows
• Work closely with multiple teams for developing an effective strategy and new programs

Skills and Experience We Desire

• Native French speaker with advanced English proficiency
• Degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with strong foundations in modern digital marketing
• 5+ years of experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, and events
• Hands-on mastery of key platforms, including marketing automation tools(Pardot, Marketo, etc.), CRMssuch as Salesforce or Pipedrive, Google Analytics, social platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and email marketing systems
• Advanced analytical capability to manage complex lead lifecycles, optimize funnel performance, and extract insights from data
• Strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and deliver high-impact marketing programs
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and modern marketing best practices
• SEM-focused copywriting skills to craft compelling, conversion-driven search content
• Working knowledge of HTML for landing page and email optimization
• Expert-level Excel skills, including large dataset handling and macro-based automation
