Wir suchen eine/-n motivierte/-n Sales Recruiter (m/w/d), welche/r unser Teamab sofort unterstützt und dazu beiträgt, die besten Talente für unser Unternehmen zu gewinnen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Empfang von Bewerbern und Durchführung von ersten Telefon-/Teamsinterviews mit allen Kandidaten für die Position als Außendienstmitarbeiter
Vereinbarung von Persönlichen Vorstellungsterminen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Branch Manager:innen
Unterstützung des gesamten Rekrutierungsteams bei der Optimierung von Prozessen
Pflege detaillierter Daten in unseren Systemen

Dein Profil:

Mindestens 6 Monate Erfahrung in der Personalvermittlung, im gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess oder in einzelnen Schritten davon
Erfahrung in Callcentern oder beispielsweise in der Terminvereinbarung ist ebenfalls willkommen
Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - Multitasking ist erforderlich!
Teamfähigkeit und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
Führerschein erforderlich
Ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
