Senior Operations Specialist

Join Versana, a leading fintech company, as a Senior Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary subject matter expert for third-party onboarding, vendor due diligence, information security assessments, procurement requests, and client risk management processes. You will manage onboarding activities, partner directly with clients, and continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and client experience. Additionally, you will support operational readiness, maintain the company's policy inventory, and coordinate cross-functional activities related to audits and compliance initiatives. Missions

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for third-party onboarding, vendor due diligence, information security assessments, procurement requests, and client risk management processes.
• Manage onboarding activities from initiation through completion, coordinating efforts across Information Security, Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and client experience, and own customer SLA reporting and monitoring.

Profil recherché

- Experience in working with enterprise grade customers in banking or investment management

- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including the ability to create executive-ready presentations

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field

- Experience working in fintech, SaaS, technology, or other high-growth environments

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing experience

- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Risk Management, Program Management, or related functions
