The Opportunity

As an Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager, you'll own the successful delivery of complex Oracle transformation programmes, ensuring exceptional outcomes for customers whilst leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

You'll be the trusted advisor customers rely on to navigate major business change, balancing strategic thinking, programme governance, commercial oversight and delivery excellence.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite transformation programmes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, delivery performance and fixed-price engagements.
  • Expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management and risk management.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and build trusted client relationships.
  • Experience delivering ERP, HCM or EPM transformation initiatives.
  • MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme management expertise.
