Vertex Assets is a software-focused business, and this role supports its growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers. The Lead Generator will research prospects, initiate professional outreach, and help the team build a consistent pipeline of relevant business opportunities. The position is based in Karachi and is offered as a telecommute role.

Responsibilities

• Research target organizations and decision-makers using online sources, directories, and approved prospecting tools.
• Identify prospects that fit the company’s target customer profile and maintain accurate contact and activity records in a CRM or tracking system.
• Conduct initial outreach through appropriate business channels, introduce the company’s software-focused offerings, and assess prospect needs and interest.
• Qualify leads based on agreed criteria, document key information, and arrange suitable follow-up or handoff to the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects professionally and consistently while respecting communication preferences and applicable policies.
• Monitor outreach activity and lead quality, share progress updates, and suggest improvements to prospecting approaches.

• Ability to ask concise discovery questions, listen actively, and capture customer needs without overstating product capabilities.
• Self-motivation and dependable time management in a remote work environment.
