Performance Marketing Manager

Vezeeta is the leading digital health platform in Egypt and the MENA region, spanning our Marketplace and Shamel products. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid, data-driven user acquisition and turn marketing budget into measurable, predictable growth.

Role Summary:

This role owns paid, data-driven acquisition across Vezeeta's Marketplace and Shamel products. Unlike brand marketing, success here is measured in installs, bookings, orders, and leads - delivered within target CPA and ROAS. You'll turn marketing budget into predictable, trackable growth.

What You'll Do:

• Own paid media performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic - driving installs, bookings, and orders within target CPA/ROAS.
• Drive traffic, conversion, and sales growth across app, web, and partner storefronts
• Lead full-funnel growth: acquisition, activation, conversion, retention.
• Own budget planning and allocation across channels and verticals.
• Turn data into decisions - CAC, LTV, ROAS, and CPA reporting for leadership
• Run testing across creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages
• Brief and localize ad creative for Arabic/English MENA audiences
• Own tracking and attribution accuracy (GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer/Adjust)
• Manage media agency and ad platform partnerships
• Partner closely with Brand, Sales, Media, Product, and Creative

What You'll Need:

• 4-7 years in performance marketing, digital commerce, retail media, or e-commerce (marketplace, fintech, or healthtech/on-demand a plus)
• Hands-on experience managing paid social/search budgets (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; SQL and attribution tools (GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust) a plus
• Track record of hitting CAC/ROAS/CPA targets while scaling spend
• App-install/mobile growth campaign experience
• Familiarity with the Egyptian/MENA market
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthtech, insurtech, or on-demand platforms
• Performance marketing across multiple verticals at once
• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months:

• Full ownership of paid media budget and reporting across Marketplace and Shamel, with CPA/ROAS benchmarks set
• A testing framework running across creatives, audiences, and bidding - delivering measurable efficiency gains
• A reporting rhythm leadership trusts and uses for real budget decisions
• Closed the attribution gap - spend clearly connected to bookings and revenue
• Revenue contribution up by at least 10% through sharper budget allocation
• New growth opportunities identified - new locations in Egypt, cross-sell between Marketplace and Shamel
