Are you ready to support the EMEA Asset Protection team in creating safer working environments across countries, business units and operations?

As Security and H&S Intern, you will support the team in mapping and monitoring differences across EMEA countries and business units, while contributing to audit preparation, process follow-up and certification activities.

How you'll make a difference

Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Security, Health & Safety Intern:

  • Review the completeness and consistency of Security and H&S checklists and control lists for Retail, Distribution Centre and Office Services units, supporting the team in identifying missing information or discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative support for audit planning activities, including monitoring timelines, collecting and sharing documentation, and helping ensure compliance with agreed deadlines.
  • Review audit checklists and assist with uploading, organizing and maintaining historical checklists within the relevant tools.
  • Support data analysis and data quality activities by helping maintain, consolidate and validate information related to incidents and relevant projects.
  • Support the preparation and update of presentations, reports and project documentation.
  • Support the assessment and preparation activities related to the TAPA certification process.
  • Map and monitor ongoing processes and projects.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and updates for leadership teams.
  • Track actions and support project follow-up activities.

Skills that will make you succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress in Security Management, Health & Safety or a related field.
  • Strong interest in security, risk management, health & safety, compliance or audit-related activities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable working with data and documentation in a structured and accurate manner.
  • Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
