Principal Accountabilities
Under general direction:
- Design, develop, and deploy statistical, predictive, and machine learning models to address business challenges.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Typically 5+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale datasets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Hiring Range:
$142,560.00 USD - $178,200.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
