Senior Systems & Infrastructure Engineer

As part of our digital transformation journey, we are looking for a Senior Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technology & Innovation Department and support the Group's IT infrastructure, cloud environment, cybersecurity, and business-critical systems.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructure, including Windows Servers, virtual machines, storage, and core services.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
• Support and troubleshoot corporate networks, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and firewall infrastructure.
• Ensure infrastructure security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity in line with ISO 27001 and NIS2 requirements.
• Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and coordinate with external vendors and technology partners.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, system inventories, configurations, and technical procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group.
• First-level support when required.
• New-site deployments and broader infrastructure migrations
• Responsibility for infrastructure availability and cost efficiency.

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Systems Administration, IT Infrastructure, or a similar technical role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Azure infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and endpoint management.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and enterprise firewall platforms (Fortinet will be considered an advantage).
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Intune, PowerShell, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, or automation tools will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, and corporate information security practices.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills with a service-oriented mindset.
