  • Support OEM Line Fit quality activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and suppliers to address quality concerns, drive corrective actions, and improve supplier performance.
  • Conduct supplier assessments and audits to verify compliance with applicable quality management systems, contract requirements, and industry standards.
  • Lead and support Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations utilizing 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, and other quality tools.
  • Support the management and disposition of non-conforming material and corrective action activities.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with AS9100, ISO9001, or other regulatory requirements, as applicable.
  • Support quality planning and risk mitigation activities for new products, product changes, and supplier transitions.
  • Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities and communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Regulatory, and Program teams to ensure quality requirements are effectively implemented and maintained.
  • Support customer and OEM quality inquiries as needed, while serving primarily as an internal quality leader for the European region.

What you'll need
