Sviluppatore AI Agent & LLM Engineer (LangChain, Node.js, TypeScript)

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una AI Engineer specializzato/a in Generative AI e AI Agents con 3-5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo di soluzioni basate su Intelligenza Artificiale Generativa e Agenti AI, con competenze nella progettazione di workflow conversazionali, integrazione di LLM e realizzazione di applicazioni AI enterprise.

Competenze richieste:

  • Sviluppo applicazioni AI con LangChain e LangFlow
  • Programmazione Node.js e TypeScript
  • Integrazione di LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock)
  • Realizzazione di agenti AI e workflow multi-step
  • RAG, Vector Database e gestione della knowledge base
  • Integrazione tramite MCP, API REST e servizi enterprise
  • Debug, monitoraggio e ottimizzazione delle performance

Cosa offriamo:

  • Tipologia contrattuale: Assunzione a tempo indeterminato (CCNL Commercio e Terziario) oppure collaborazione in Partita IVA.
  • Retribuzione: RAL indicativa compresa tra € 26.000 e € 28.000 (commisurata all'effettiva seniority e alle competenze del candidato) + Buoni Pasto.
