Trainee - Front Office

To supports the front desk, guest relations, and bell/concierge teams while learning high-end luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Relations & Check-in/out: Warmly greet arriving and departing luxury guests, handle smooth registration (check-ins) and billing/settlement (check-outs), and manage room keys.
• Inquiries & Concierge Support: Provide detailed information about resort facilities, local Bali attractions, spa bookings, transport, and dining recommendations.
• System Operations: Assist staff with Property Management Systems to track room status, block arrivals, update guest profiles, and handle special preferences.
• Administrative Assistance: Help manage guest feedback logs, prepare arrival briefs, handle switchboard/phone calls, and assist with amenity arrangements.
• Cleanlines: Ensure lobby area are clean and tidy

Requirements

Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a hospitality, tourism, or hotel management school (Diploma/Degree).
• Attitude: Positive mindset, eager to learn, punctual, humble, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Language Skills: Fluent/confident spoken and written English, proficiency in an additional major international language (such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Russian) is a strong advantage.
• Personality & Appearance: Neat, well-groomed appearance adhering to luxury hotel standards, with a proactive, guest-centric, and polite demeanor.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, typical of 5-star hospitality operations.
