We're looking for a technical pre-sales professional with 3+ years in solutions engineering or technical account management, excellent English, and the confidence to run live demos for any audience. You'll make the technical side of every sale work: product demos, architecture and deployment options, security and compliance answers, and proof that VIDIZMO fits the buyer's needs. You'll use AI tools to research, answer questions faster and complete technical documents accurately.

AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot are part of how we work, and we expect you to use them well. Ownership is not negotiable: you check anything AI helps produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you're accountable for the final result.
What You'll Do
- Run product demos and technical discovery with buyers and partners.
- Answer technical questions within one working day.
- Complete security questionnaires and the technical sections of proposals.
- Show that the product fits, covering architecture, deployment and integration options.
- Bring customer feedback and feature requests back to the product team.
- Use Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for technical research, questionnaire answers and proposal writing.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- 2-5 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical account management.
- Confidence running live product demos for technical and non-technical buyers.
- Working knowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment, identity and single sign-on, and security questionnaires.
- Familiarity with video, AI or document-processing software is a plus.
- Experience automating your own routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts. Tell us about something you automated.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space for calls (required for remote applicants).
- Legally authorized to work in Pakistan.

How You're Paid
This role includes a monthly salary plus performance-based commission.
