About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, building production-grade solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Machine Learning. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop intelligent applications that automate complex workflows and generate actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.

- RAG Pipelines: Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

- Prompt Engineering: Implement advanced prompting strategies to enhance the performance and reliability of LLM outputs.

- Search & Embeddings: Develop vector search solutions utilizing Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search).

- NLP & Document Intelligence: Build NLP pipelines for text classification, entity extraction, and document understanding using OCR technologies.

- Model Lifecycle: Train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning models (using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn).

- MLOps: Develop AI deployment pipelines and ensure efficient integration of AI services into web and mobile applications.

- Monitoring & Governance: Continuously monitor model performance, improve accuracy, and ensure adherence to responsible AI practices, data privacy, and security (GDPR).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering.

- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python.

- LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG concepts.

- Frameworks: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.

- Data & Search: Experience with Vector Databases and SQL (Data Engineering fundamentals).

- Cloud: Experience deploying applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- MLOps practices and tools.

- Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.

- Experience with Azure Machine Learning.

- Domain knowledge in Healthcare, FinTech, or other regulated industries.

- Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI governance frameworks.

Soft Skills :

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills to translate AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proactive ownership mentality and a strong curiosity for emerging AI technologies.
