SDE-3 Full Stack Engineer - Go | Python | Node.js | React | Flutter

We are looking for an experienced SDE-3 Full Stack Engineer who can own architecture, drive technical decisions, and build scalable products end-to-end.
Role Overview :
As an SDE-3, you will operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for designing and delivering complex product modules. You will work across backend systems, mobile applications, web platforms, infrastructure, and data architecture while mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards. This role requires strong technical depth, product thinking, and experience building customer-facing products at scale.
Responsibilities :
Backend & Architecture :
- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Go, Python, and Node.js.
- Design high-performance APIs and distributed backend systems.
- Make architecture decisions balancing scalability, reliability, maintainability, and time-to-market.
- Design data models and backend architecture supporting real-time sensor-driven applications.
Frontend & Mobile Engineering :
- Lead development of customer-facing applications using Flutter and React.js.
- Build responsive, high-performance experiences across platforms.
- Own application lifecycle from development to production deployment.
- Manage releases across Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Engineering Excellence :
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish automated testing practices.
- Drive code quality through reviews and engineering standards.
- Improve system reliability and performance.
- Mentor SDE-1 and SDE-2 engineers.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with Product, Design, Firmware, AI/ML, and Hardware teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and technical execution.
Required Skills :
- 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
- B.Tech in Computer Science or related field from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, BITS Pilani, top NITs, or equivalent).
- Experience building and scaling B2C product applications.
- Strong backend development experience with Go, Python, and Node.js.
- Strong frontend/mobile experience with React.js and Flutter.
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, database architecture, API design, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience owning production systems end-to-end.
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions.

- Experience with healthcare, wearable, or consumer hardware products.
