Partnership Operations Manager
The Short Version
You own Viktor's partner pipeline end to end: finding creators, agencies and newsletters, deciding which ones are real, negotiating what we pay them, and proving what came back.
The channel already works and already has budget behind it. What it needs is one person who owns the operating layer, and that layer is a real job, not a coordination role.
What's Actually Going On Here
Viktor is an AI teammate that lives in Slack, connects to 3,200+ tools, and does real work. 56,000+ workspaces have hired him. We raised a $75M Series A led by Accel in May 2026, and we are about forty people heading toward a hundred.
Partnerships is one of our fastest-compounding acquisition channels: hundreds of creators, multiple agencies, newsletter sponsorships and an ambassador program, with full-funnel attribution from spend through to signups. Right now the Head of Influencer Partnerships runs all of it. This seat takes the operating half.
What You'll Actually Do
Source partners and run the outbound that finds them: creator discovery through Modash and engagement signals, agency and newsletter prospecting, inbound triage.
Qualify every one of them against our framework: audience quality, fake and farm detection, ICP fit, CPM band. Then produce a shortlist someone can decide from.
Negotiate pricing and terms inside agreed bands. Know when to push, when to bundle, and when to walk.
Run live placements from brief to draft to go-live to stats, and grade partners on what actually happened rather than what was promised.
Turn the ones that work into multi-month commitments, and keep the trackers, invoicing and payment reconciliation clean enough that the numbers are trusted.
Supervise and extend the automations Viktor already runs on this workflow, rather than doing it all by hand.
Final calls on new partner categories and off-band pricing stay with the Head of Influencer Partnerships. Paid ads, brand social and product integrations sit elsewhere.
The Bar
Bring named campaigns, roster sizes, budgets and CPMs you can walk through. We will reconcile the last two years campaign by campaign, and we will ask what you personally built rather than what your team had.
We will also give you a real roster with real fee quotes and ask you to tell us which ones are inflated.
How You'll Know It's Working
Day 30. The weekly placement pipeline runs without escalation. Drafts get feedback within 24 hours.
Day 90. 150+ partners sourced and scored, 15+ booked. Three multi-month deals signed inside the target blended CPM band. Monthly reconciliation done independently. A Friday performance report that nobody has to restructure.
Who You Are
You have run creator or partner campaign operations at volume: 50+ placements a quarter, or a roster of 100+, with the budgets to match.
You have negotiated against a number (CPM, ER or CAC), and you can explain how you priced something and the time you walked away.
You built the operational backbone yourself. The tracker with live formulas, the stats pipeline, the payment reconciliation. Not a tool someone handed you.
You have caught an inflated or fake partner before the money went out, and you can name the signals you used.
You write a lot, in English, and it is good. Partner emails, draft feedback, async updates. This is most of the job's surface area.
Even Better If
You have worked B2B rather than only consumer, and know why the CPM maths differs.
You have run an affiliate, ambassador or newsletter program alongside creators.
You already use AI tooling to take the repetitive half off your plate.
Probably Not a Fit If
Your influencer experience is gifting and seeding with no CPM or funnel discipline.
Your background is scheduling posts: no negotiation, no budget, no number you were accountable for.
You want to set direction and hand off the spreadsheet-level work. In year one that work is the job.
You need a meeting to move something forward.
You would rather AI stayed out of your workflow.
