Contract Manager F/H

Join our team as a Contract Manager for a major international infrastructure project. In this role, you will manage contractual and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and supporting the successful delivery of project objectives. You will be based abroad in a demanding environment and will have regular missions to the project site.

Missions

• Surveiller l'application du contrat principal, y compris le suivi contractuel et financier.
• Gérer la correspondance contractuelle avec le client, y compris les réclamations et les demandes de variation.
• Identifier et évaluer les risques contractuels, commerciaux et financiers et proposer des mesures d'atténuation.

Profil recherché

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Contract Management and/or Construction Law.
• Previous experience on large infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, or EPC projects would be a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of contractual, commercial, and financial project risks.
• Ability to manage claims, variations, and contractual correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, rigorous, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in demanding project environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Law or Juris Doctor would be an asset.
• Adaptable and internationally mobile.
• Fluent English, including contractual and technical English.
• Comfortable working within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
