Rejoignez Dodin Campenon Bernard, une filiale de VINCI Construction spécialisée dans les travaux publics et le génie civil. En tant que Responsable Contrat, vous serez en charge de piloter le contrat du marché de manière proactive, de collecter les données nécessaires pour analyser les demandes et d'étayer les réclamations. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de Projet et encadrerez deux personnes. Ce poste est basé à Chevilly-Larue avec des déplacements réguliers en Guyane.

Missions

  • Piloter le contrat du marché de manière proactive, suivre les ordres de service et les modifications du contrat.
  • Collecter les données nécessaires pour analyser les demandes et étayer les réclamations, participer à la rédaction des réclamations.
  • Assurer le lien avec les services juridiques du groupement, consolider les dossiers associés aux travaux supplémentaires.

Profil recherché

Vos atouts pour nous séduire :

  • Diplômé d’un bac +5 en école d’ingénieur/commerce
  • Expérience professionnelle de 8 ans minimum sur des fonctions similaires.
  • Solide compréhension de la gestion contractuelle
  • Compétences en communication claires et efficaces
  • Esprit d'analyse et attention aux détails
  • Excellentes compétences en négociation
  • Orientation client et axée sur le service
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement le temps et les priorités
