Subcontract Administrator F/H

Join Deep-Water Intake Group, a joint venture of multiple subsidiaries of the VINCI Group, as a Subcontract Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring subcontract performance, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and supporting successful project execution. You will maintain effective relationships with subcontractors, lead the administration and closeout of contracts, and manage contract budgets. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-8 years of experience in contracts, subcontracts, procurement, or commercial management within the engineering and construction industry.

Missions

• Maintenir des relations efficaces avec les sous-traitants et soutenir la direction du projet dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies.
• Diriger l'administration et la clôture des contrats et des accords de service tout au long de leur cycle de vie, en veillant à la conformité avec les politiques de l'entreprise.
• Identifier, évaluer et atténuer les risques commerciaux et contractuels, en fournissant des recommandations à la direction du projet.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
• 3-8 years of experience in contracts, subcontracts, procurement, or commercial management within the engineering and construction industry;
• Strong knowledge of contract law, subcontract pricing, pre-award negotiations, subcontract drafting, and subcontract administration;
• Working knowledge of engineering and construction subcontracting practices, commercial terms, and applicable regulations;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams;
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
