Join a leading international engineering and construction group as a Finance Manager. In this role, you will oversee financial activities across 17 Business Units in 9 Middle Eastern countries, manage complex project accounting and cash-flow considerations, and coordinate taxation, banking, compliance, audit, and reporting requirements. You will lead a multicultural finance team and provide meaningful financial analysis to support management decisions. Missions
- Oversee financial activities across multiple business units and countries, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with company policies.
- Manage complex project accounting and cash-flow considerations within the construction sector, providing financial insight to support profitability and risk management.
- Lead and develop a multicultural finance team, driving continuous improvement through digitalization, reporting automation, and finance process enhancements.
Profil recherché
Profile & Requirements
-Degree in Accounting or Finance.
-Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting management, including at least 5 years of significant exposure to international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury, and international compliance.
-Proven experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-country financial reporting within an international group.
-Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, audit processes, and group reporting standards.
-Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Power Query, and Power BI.
-Experience in digital finance transformation and reporting automation.
-Proven ability to lead, develop, and coordinate multicultural finance teams across multiple countries.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
-Experience in the construction or engineering sector is a strong advantage.
-Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
