Payroll Specialist H/F

Join the Deep-Water Intake Group, a joint venture of multiple subsidiaries of the VINCI Group, as a Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will oversee the full payroll lifecycle for unionized construction employees, ensuring compliance with collective agreements and applicable legislation. Your tasks will include managing employee onboarding and offboarding, processing union payroll, producing payroll reports, and responding to employee payroll inquiries. You should have a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, 4-5 years of payroll experience in a unionized environment, and proficiency in ADP payroll systems.

Missions

• Gérer le cycle complet de la paie pour les employés de la construction syndiqués, y compris le traitement de la paie, l'intégration et la sortie des employés dans ADP.
• Surveiller et maintenir les dossiers des employés, y compris les congés de maternité et de paternité, les congés payés, les absences et les congés de maladie.
• Produire des rapports de paie et garantir l'exactitude des données dans ADP et Excel, en répondant aux demandes des employés concernant la paie.

Profil recherché

Your skills:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Payroll Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
• PCP or CPM designation (Canadian Payroll Association) is considered an asset;
• 4-5 years of payroll experience in a unionized environment in the construction industry;
• Strong experience working with unionized employees, including union rules, collective agreements, and labor relations;
• Proficiency in ADP payroll systems;
• Knowledge of Ontario employment regulations (ESA, WSIB) in unionized environments;
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
