You will be involved in the development and testing of software for automotive charging stations and motorcycle battery swap cabinets, ensuring that electronic systems and software operate accurately and reliably while meeting high technical requirements.

Job Description: Develop and review Test Cases and Test Methods, ensuring sufficient coverage based on requirements and risks. Set up test environments and perform independent re-testing of critical and high-risk scenarios to provide an objective assessment. Conduct independent testing when necessary to evaluate the quality and test coverage provided by the NCC (vendor). Review the Impact Analysis, Test Cases, Test Methods, and Test Results provided by the NCC to assess whether the test coverage is sufficient. Review and evaluate the vendors's test results. Request additional testing from the vendors when coverage is insufficient or potential risks remain. Perform integration testing, with a focus on interfaces, communication, related functions, and blocking issues. Collaborate with development and other testing teams: Work closely with software development engineers and relevant teams to identify and resolve issues arising during the testing process. Manage testing activities and deliverables within the project. Work with stakeholders to ensure that the test plan and related activities are properly aligned and executed.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field More than 5 years of experience in embedded software and electrical/electronic testing. More than 3 years of experience in automotive device/software testing. Experience with product development and software development processes, such as ASPICE, V-Model, ISO 9001, ISO 26262, etc. Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering. Strong knowledge of software testing and test case design. Solid understanding of automotive electronic systems and in-vehicle communication protocols, as well as communication protocols used in charging stations and battery swap cabinets, such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, HLC, etc. Experience with software testing tools such as Vector CANoe, LabVIEW, or other automated testing tools. Programming knowledge in C, C++, and Python, as well as experience with simulation and testing tools. Experience in setting up and operating ECU Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) / simulation-based testing environments. Experience in designing and developing automated test cases to verify ECU functions in both simulated and real-world environments. Strong problem-solving and defect analysis skills. Experience with product and software development processes such as ASPICE, V-Model, and ISO 9001. Knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity), charging standards such as ISO 15118 and ISO 61851, and OCPP is an advantage.
