About the Team
Our Facilities Team helps create a safe, welcoming and well-maintained workplace where everyone can do their best work. Based at our Leeds sites, the team supports colleagues and works closely with all teams across the business to maintain clean, hygienic and organised communal, operational and staff spaces.
Why This Role Matters
Why the role exists
- As a Facilities Operative (Kitchen), you’ll help keep our workplace kitchen and canteen running smoothly day to day.
- You’ll support with preparing and serving food, keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and organised, replenishing supplies and completing the checks that help us maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll spend most of your day working in the kitchen and canteen environment. You’ll work closely with the Kitchen Team Leader and wider Facilities team, helping service run smoothly and stepping in wherever support is needed.
- The work you do has a direct impact on the colleague experience. By providing a friendly service and keeping the kitchen safe, hygienic and well organised, you’ll help create a workplace where people feel looked after.
