Job Description

The People Analytics team is scaling AI and automation-driven insights across the enterprise, and we are looking for a highly analytical Consultant to join the team in Bengaluru. This role will partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design and build the Power BI dashboards, automated workflows, and AI-enabled analytics products that turn workforce data into proactive insights for leaders.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who is equally comfortable writing SQL, designing semantic models and DAX calculations, automating with Power Automate and Power Apps, and rapidly prototyping with AI-assisted development tools. It is also a stakeholder-facing role - the successful candidate will lead requirements conversations, run enablement sessions, and coach partner teams so analytics adoption scales beyond our core team.

We are looking for someone whocreates clarity where no precedent exists, moves quickly from concept to working prototype, and communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Primary responsibilities include the following.

• Designing, building, andmaintainingPower BI dashboards, semantic models, and DAX calculations that power executive-ready workforce reporting
• Writing andoptimizingSQL against enterprise data warehouses and semantic layers, and integrating data across systems via APIs
• Building automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps that deliver proactive alerts, notifications, and business-ready insights
• Prototyping AI-enabled analytics experiences (conversational analytics, agent-based navigation, AI-generated insights) using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Copilot
• Partnering directly with HR, IT, and business leaders to scope needs, translate business questions into technical solutions, and communicate results
• Leading "train the trainer" enablement - building documentation, templates, and coaching structures so partner teams can self-serve and extend the products this team delivers
• Owning quality, validation, and documentation for the products built, and contributing to the team's iterative build and release rhythm

Visarequiresat least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• 8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a closely related analytics function, with aBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• Advancedproficiencyin Power BI (semantic models, DAX) and advanced SQL against enterprise data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, and working knowledge of Power Apps and Python
• Strong stakeholder management and enablement experience, including coaching non-technical partners to self-serve on analytics products
• Practical experience shipping analytics work using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
• Experience designing or testing AI-enabled analytics products such as conversational analytics or AI agents
• Experience integrating data across HRIS, IT, and business systems via APIs and semantic layers
• Familiarity with modern HRIS platforms such as Workday, and prior experience in a hybrid builder/consultant role
• Shift timings 1pm to 10 pm IST
