The Work Environment

Based in Paris, you will join a dynamic team of 50 talented professionals who are passionate about marketing, digital innovation, events, content, design, and AI, all driven by a strong customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

As the Marketing Operations/Field Marketing Team Coordinator, you will support, facilitate, and oversee the work of the Marketing Operations team to improve its overall efficiency.

You will work closely with the Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and Communications teams while supporting business unit leaders and other key stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for departmental administration, work planning and coordination, reporting and budget tracking, as well as coordinating human and operational resources.

• You are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and are recognized for your organization, attention to detail, and proactive approach. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), can facilitate meetings, take meeting notes, and prepare clear and concise meeting minutes.
• You understand the importance of customer satisfaction, are results-oriented, have strong execution skills, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
• You are capable of managing projects from start to finish, whether organizing an event, drafting a press release, or facilitating an internal or external workshop that contributes to the team's success.
• We are looking for candidates who are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• You are comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

Basé(e) à Paris, vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique de près de 50 expert(e)s passionné(e)s par le marketing, l’innovation digitale, l’événementiel, les contenus, le design et l’intelligence artificielle, avec une forte orientation client.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement international où la créativité, l'innovation et le travail d'équipe sont encouragés au quotidien. Si la majorité de l'équipe est basée en France, vous collaborerez également avec des collègues situés en Europe et en Afrique du Nord, notamment à Londres, Madrid et Tunis, vous offrant ainsi une véritable dimension internationale.

Vos missions:

En tant que Coordinateur(trice) Marketing Operations / Field Marketing, vous contribuerez au bon fonctionnement et à la coordination des activités de l'équipe Marketing Operations afin d'en améliorer l'efficacité globale.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Product Marketing, Content, Digital et Communication ;
• Accompagner les responsables des différentes Business Units ainsi que les principales parties prenantes internes ;
• Assurer le suivi administratif du département ;
• Participer à la planification et à la coordination des activités et des projets ;
• Produire des reportings et assurer le suivi budgétaire ;
• Coordonner les ressources humaines et opérationnelles nécessaires à la bonne réalisation des projets.

Profil recherché:

Nous recherchons une personne :

• Capable de hiérarchiser les priorités et de distinguer l'urgence de l'important ;
• Faisant preuve de discrétion et de professionnalisme dans la gestion d'informations confidentielles ;
• Réactive, organisée, efficace et capable de s'adapter à un environnement en constante évolution ;
• À l'aise dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets, avec un excellent sens de l'organisation, de la rigueur et du détail ;
• Maîtrisant les outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...) ainsi que la préparation de réunions, la prise de notes et la rédaction de comptes rendus ;
• Orientée résultats, avec un fort sens du service client et de l'exécution ;
• Capable de piloter des projets de bout en bout, qu'il s'agisse de l'organisation d'un événement, de la rédaction d'un communiqué de presse ou de l'animation d'un atelier interne ou externe.

Compétences:

• Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (Master) en Management, Marketing, Commerce ou dans un domaine équivalent ;
• Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais ;
• Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils d'intelligence artificielle générative tels que ChatGPT, Claude ou Gemini.
