Contexte

Dans le cadre de l'industrialisation des plateformes d'IA Générative et Agentique, nous mettons en place une architecture de référence basée sur le protocole Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Cette architecture s'appuie sur :

  • Une MCP Gateway assurant les fonctions de gouvernance, sécurité, routage et observabilité.

  • Des MCP Servers exposant des outils, ressources et prompts aux agents IA.

  • Une intégration avec les plateformes API, IAM, observabilité et DevSecOps.

Nous recherchons un expert capable de définir, construire et opérer cette nouvelle couche stratégique.

Profil recherché

Missions

  1. Architecture et Design

  • Concevoir l'architecture cible MCP Gateway et MCP Servers.

  • Définir les standards de développement des MCP Servers.

  • Construire le modèle de gouvernance associé :

    • Registry

    • Inventory

    • Versioning

    • Cycle de vie

    • Onboarding des outils

  • Définir les patterns d'intégration avec :

    • API Management

    • Service Mesh

    • Identity Provider

    • LLM Platforms

  1. Sécurité

  • OAuth2

  • JWT

  • RBAC

  • Token Exchange

  • Least Privilege

  • Définir les contrôles de sécurité des outils exposés.

  • Lutter contre les "Shadow MCPs".

  1. Développement des MCP Servers

  • Développer et maintenir des MCP Servers pour différents domaines fonctionnels.

  • Encapsuler des systèmes existants :

    • GitLab

    • Jira

    • Confluence

    • SonarQube

    • ServiceNow

    • APIs métiers

    • Bases de données.

  1. DevSecOps

  • Industrialiser le développement des MCP Servers.

  • Mettre en œuvre :

    • CI/CD GitLab

    • Quality Gates

    • Security Scans

    • Déploiement automatisé.

  • Produire les frameworks et templates réutilisables pour les équipes projet.
