E-Commerce & Shopify:
● Monitor Shopify sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and customer journey.
● Ensure products, pricing, promotions, content, and availability are accurately managed.
● Identify website issues and opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
Campaign & Performance Analysis:
● Analyze Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital campaigns against actual website and sales performance.
● Identify high- and low-performing campaigns, products, audiences, and creatives.
● Provide recommendations to optimize spend, conversion, CAC, ROAS, and revenue.
Promotions & CRO:
● Analyze the performance and profitability of discounts, bundles, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
● Identify and implement opportunities to improve conversion, AOV, upselling, and cross-selling.
● Develop and monitor CRO tests and website optimization initiatives.
SEO & Organic Growth:
● Monitor organic traffic and SEO performance and identify opportunities to improve product, category, and
website visibility.
● Coordinate SEO improvements across website content, product pages, and technical elements.
Product & Inventory Coordination:
● Analyze product-level sales and conversion performance.
● Coordinate with Stock & Supply to ensure availability of key products and alignment with campaign
demand.
● Identify potential stock shortages and recommend adjustments to promotional activity.
Warehouse & Fulfillment Monitoring:
● Monitor fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and operational issues affecting e-commerce performance.
● Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams to resolve recurring issues and improve customer experience.
Reporting & Growth:
● Prepare weekly/monthly e-commerce performance reports and dashboards.
● Translate data into clear insights, actions, and growth opportunities.
● Support e-commerce growth planning and continuously test and optimize what works
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital growth, or performance marketing.
Hands-on Shopify experience.
Strong knowledge of GA4, Meta Ads, and e-commerce analytics.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
Understanding of CRO, digital funnels, promotions, and product merchandising.
Experience coordinating with inventory, supply, or warehouse teams is preferred.
Strong analytical, commercial, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills
