E-Commerce Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, data-driven E-Commerce Coordinator to take ownership of our daily online marketplace operations. If you have a sharp eye for detail , background in scaling e-commerce platforms, and love turning raw data into successful sales strategies, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations & Fulfillment: Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate directly with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless, timely order fulfillment.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and launch promotional campaigns, targeted discounts, and strategic marketing activities to accelerate online sales growth.
- Inventory & Stock Coordination: Proactively monitor inventory levels and sync stock availability across platforms to strictly eliminate out-of-stock situations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Build comprehensive performance reports using Microsoft Excel, analyze sales trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to maximize business performance.

Requirements

- Experience from 1-2 years
- Platform Experience: Hands-on experience driving sales and managing operations on major marketplaces like Amazon, Noon, Talabat.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with a proven ability to analyze complex sales data.
- Core Strengths: High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
- Industry Advantage: Prior experience in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors within an operations or e-commerce role is a major plus.
