Customer Service Representative

Job description

As Customer Service, you will provide customers with expert support in matters relating to product purchases. In addition to active customer service, you will also carry out minor administrative tasks in customer service, such as maintaining master data and customer histories.

Your mission

• Processing and responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and chat.
• Solving customer problems and escalating complex cases to the relevant department.
• Advising and supporting customers with questions about products, orders and returns.
• Documenting and tracking customer concerns in our CRM system.
• Support in maintaining and updating the knowledge database.
• Performing minor accounting and administrative tasks
• Compliance with the SLA

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• Customer service or retail experience is a prerequisite.
• Affinity for working with CRM systems.
• Flair for numbers.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• High service orientation and enjoyment of working with customers.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and friendly even in stressful situations.
• Quick comprehension
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate.
• Any additional foreign language (English, Italian, French) is an advantage
